Doug is ActionCOACH's South Miami coach and your host on the ground. With decades of business and coaching experience in the South Florida market, Doug is the local relationship behind this week — and he'll be facilitating and in the room across all three days.

Can I attend just one day?
Yes. Each day stands on its own — join the dinner, the Planning Intensive, the free workshop, or all three. The three-day pass is the fullest experience, but there's no requirement to do everything.
Can I bring my team?
Absolutely — and for the Planning Intensive, that's the whole point. Your company registration includes two seats, with additional leaders welcome. The owners who plan alongside their team get buy-in that owners who plan solo never do.
Is there a recording?
No. These are live, in-the-room working sessions — the room and the facilitation are the product. You have to be there.
What if I can't make Thursday's Intensive?
Come Wednesday and/or Friday. The dinner and the free workshop are open to everyone; the Intensive is the deep, paid build for owners ready to plan their next year.

Everything happens in the South Miami · Coral Gables, FL area. Exact venue and parking details will be posted here as they're confirmed.
