Business coaching: common questions
What is the difference between 1-2-1 and group business coaching?
1-2-1 coaching is private: your coach works only on your business every week, with a fully customized plan. Group coaching puts you with one or two hand-selected, non-competing owners at a similar stage, at a lower investment, with peer accountability built in. Both follow the same ActionCOACH framework.
How much does group business coaching cost?
Group of 3 coaching is $1,697 per month and Group of 2 is $2,197 per month. Both include weekly 60-minute sessions, quarterly and annual planning sessions, unlimited coach contact, a DISC assessment each year, and the 17-Week Guarantee. 1-2-1 coaching is quoted per engagement.
What happens in a business coaching session?
You review your key numbers with your coach, check the actions you committed to last week, work through the biggest current problem or opportunity, and leave with clear priorities for the week ahead. Every 90 days you reset the plan.
What is the ActionCOACH 17-Week Guarantee?
If you haven't received a 1:1 return on your coaching investment within 17 weeks, we keep coaching you for free until you do, provided you follow the agreed systems and complete the work agreed in your sessions.
