What software do I need?
None of your own — we provision ABoS and Apex accounts for every attendee and test them before the day, so you spend the day planning, not setting up logins. Bring a laptop and you're set.
What if a partner or team member can't come?
Your registration includes two seats, and additional leaders are welcome. If a seat goes unused, that's fine — but the more of your leadership in the room, the more buy-in you leave with.
Is it refundable?
Refund and transfer terms will be published with registration. The Intensive is capped at 6 companies, so seats are limited and held.
What if I already have a plan?
Great — bring it. Most owners find the Alignment debrief and the 5-year build in Apex turn a plan they've never fully executed into one the whole team owns.
Can I send my team without me?
No. The owner must attend. The entire value is the owner and their leaders building the plan together in the same room.
